The seller specifically disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, performance, and fitness for a particular purpose for all equipment offered.&nbsp; The buyer shall determine for itself at its sole cost and expense, conducting appropriate tests, inspections, or other methods, whether the equipment is suitable for buyer&rsquo;s needs (whether or not seller knows of such needs).&nbsp;&nbsp; The seller makes no representation as to any equipment certification and seller assumes no liability or obligation relating to the certification of the equipment or buyer&rsquo;s failure to have such equipment certified in accordance with applicable laws.
