"Seg&uacute;n el conocimiento y la creencia reales del Vendedor, el kilometraje y/o las horas indicados en cualquier dispositivo de medici&oacute;n del Equipo (en la medida en que exista dicho dispositivo, por ejemplo, un od&oacute;metro/medidor, etc.) es exacto; sin embargo, debido al modelo a&ntilde;o y/o antig&uuml;edad del Equipo, el Vendedor no representa ni garantiza el kilometraje o las horas reales de los diversos componentes del Equipo (horas del motor, horas de estructura, horas de los componentes, horas de PTO, etc.)". Todo el equipo se ofrece tal cual, y donde est&aacute;, sin representaciones, garant&iacute;as ni convenios. Excepto por la garant&iacute;a de t&iacute;tulo, el vendedor no ofrece otras garant&iacute;as escritas, orales, expresas o impl&iacute;citas en cuanto al equipo o sus especificaciones. El vendedor renuncia espec&iacute;ficamente a todas las garant&iacute;as, ya sean expresas o impl&iacute;citas, incluidas, entre otras, las garant&iacute;as de comerciabilidad, rendimiento e idoneidad para un prop&oacute;sito particular de todos los equipos ofrecidos. El comprador determinar&aacute; por s&iacute; mismo, a su exclusivo costo y expensas, realizando pruebas, inspecciones u otros m&eacute;todos apropiados, si el equipo es adecuado para las necesidades del comprador (Si el vendedor sabe o no de tales necesidades). El vendedor no hace ninguna representaci&oacute;n con respecto a la certificaci&oacute;n del equipo y el vendedor no asume ninguna responsabilidad u obligaci&oacute;n relacionada con la certificaci&oacute;n del equipo o el hecho de que el comprador no haya certificado dicho equipo de acuerdo con las leyes aplicables.
